當我少吃過蚵嗲的外地人吧! 看到排隊排了不少人,本來媽媽還不想排了⋯ 但排到的總是最美味?? 外皮酥脆內餡有料,真的好吃!

要不是只能給整數分數~好想再多給0.5!在北部沒有怎麼吃過蚵嗲,一直覺得很新奇,今天剛好在附近的筒仔米糕吃飯,順道閒晃過來,發現一家古早味小攤人潮真是絡繹不絕。 看著老闆在勺子鋪上薄薄一層麵糊基底,接著塞上滿滿的餡料,高麗菜、蔥、韭菜、飽滿的蚵仔,再抹上一層麵漿下鍋油炸,完成像小山一樣豐盛的小吃,蚵嗲的成形真的是很神奇的魔法~ 老闆娘很熱情又大方,因為和男朋友吃過飯只想一起吃一個蚵嗲試個口味,隊伍大排長龍的也不太好意思內用佔著座位,沒想到老闆娘看我們好像就要站在旁邊吃,便詢問我們要不要在這裡吃就好,心領老闆娘的好意,在一旁配著各式醬料,就算加上調味也不會蓋過嗲體裡面蔬菜及蚵仔的鮮甜,只是蔬菜有些出水,裡面包著滿滿的湯汁,但也不會讓外面的脆皮麵糊濕軟,而且吃完之後口中留著麵皮的香!真的好吃!

The deep fried oyster is sooooo gooooooood! So fresh and no extra seasoning, if you like spice the traditional chili sauce is the best friend of it!
