因核銷規定需電子發票,故詢問老闆確定開立的是電子發票後購買,於日後要核銷時才補開發票。補開時才發現此店家開立的是傳統長條狀的發票,根本不是電子發票,我客氣的跟老闆告知,再次強調我的態度是客氣的,沒想到年紀輕輕的老闆,把握在手中的估價單丟到桌上,立馬擺出極端不悅的表情,要賠錢的人是我,做錯事的人是他,不曉得為甚麼是他不高興,是見笑轉生氣嗎?老闆如果你有看到這個留言,我應該沒冤枉你吧?有空調出你家的監視器看一下自己的嘴臉。

感受超差!!!!! “ 即使事先電話聯繫確認預留,也可能撲空一趟!!! ” 我不知道這中間發生什麼問題,但這件事就是發生了 昨天事先致電詢問店家緞帶一款有庫存嗎。 店家確認後,也熱心回電還剩最後一卷,當下詢問店家可否幫忙保留,隔天去店內採買。昨日營業結束前,也請店家追加保留另個尺寸,總計兩卷,並再度表明隔天過去採買。 今天到現場表明有預留商品,一位女店員走到正在販售緞帶的架上翻找(正常保留商品不是應該放在櫃台?結果只拿了一捲給我),我問那另個尺寸呢,店家說就剩架上這些,不然就只有更細的.結帳後發現給我的一捲尺寸也並非我要的尺寸(窄了0.5cm),也就是我預留的兩個尺寸全沒有!!! 若沒心思做生意,請不要浪費彼此時間,有就有,沒有就沒有!也許你的一個隨便差不多心態覺得無仿,卻造成消費者白跑一趟,甚至是顧客要給業主的規格完全不對。我原本基於對店家的專業與信任,但事後才發現唯一拿到的一捲尺寸也不對, 後果就是只讓消費者承擔這一切。
