★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口味很主觀,以下是個人品嘗後的感覺。
買了花生和奶油兩種口味,餅皮實在太脆且硬,我以為在吃餅乾,咬下去上下餅皮立刻分家,然後花生口味內餡是偏向乾燥的花生末,所以當餅皮分家以後內餡也差不多分崩離析了....
奶油口味因為內餡是黏稠的,餅皮沒有分家咬下去還算正常,內餡味道說不上來的感覺,還帶有淡淡的椰子味,不難吃但不是我想吃的古早傳統味道。
只能說這個庶民小吃10元1個已經算非常便宜了,偶爾解饞時可以吃吃。

買三個口味:
紅豆 - 天然原味不甜;滿滿的紮實紅豆顆粒,最好吃!
黑芝麻 - 裡面也是真材實料,多多的芝麻粉,也不會很甜,但還沒吃就已經開了完全沒有黏著力? 吃起來倒不會覺得太乾。
芋頭 - 覺得有點甜,裡面是泥狀好像帶一點點顆粒?三個裡最還好的。

有點乾但是原本想說花生都會乾乾的
後來買了紅豆和奶油
發現只是餅皮乾乾硬硬 很像在吃餅乾??
餡料都很多 幾乎會掉出來的那種
奶油剛好給我的是剛出爐的 比較好吃
但是以這價錢 其實有在水準上啦?
只是可能會偶爾來而已呦~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先說優點:紅豆餅的個頭碩大,內餡飽滿,在台北市要找10元又這麼大的紅豆餅真的不多了!餅皮脆脆的,不會像有些店家那樣軟爛,吃起來口感不錯!
再來說缺點:餅皮雖脆,但一不小心沒控制好火候就會變超難吃,我買的花生口味餅皮一部分超級脆,一部份又超級硬又韌,竟然咬不斷!牙口不好的人請千萬小心食用!花生口味內餡非常乾澀且味道奇怪,再配上脆到會扎口又韌到咬不斷的餅皮,真的是非常難吃!如果沒有十足把握來挑戰,還是建議買傳統紅豆口味比較保險! 老闆娘態度也挺客氣,如果沒有扯後腿又第一口讓我吃到的花生口味,應該可以多得一顆星…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餅皮跟小時候吃的一樣,是古早味的紅豆餅,冷了餅皮會變軟,回烤一下即可。選了經典的紅豆和奶油口味,皮薄餡飽好吃解饞,個人更偏愛紅豆餡,一個10元cp值很高!
