The observation deck at the entrance to the riverside for residents living near Minzu West Road, Datong District, Taipei City. There is a seating area for people to rest at the riverside. It can be used for leisure or sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次我騎腳踏車經過這裡總是會停下來，這裡的視野真的很美，不時還有飛機從頭頂上的天空畫過。旁邊有兩台飲料販賣機，可以讓你邊喝飲料邊看風景。
Every time I ride my bicycle, I always stop here. The view here is really beautiful. From time to time, there are planes drawn from the sky above. There are two beverage vending machines next to it, allowing you to drink and watch the scenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看夕陽看夜景的好地方，有坐椅可以坐下，開闊的視野，看河面視角很廣，不時頭上還有飛機低空飛過，算是相當好拍照的地方，來這散散步走走，是蠻不錯的！口渴這邊還有兩台販賣機喔～
It is a good place to watch the sunset and the night scene. There are chairs to sit down, a wide view, and a wide view of the river. From time to time, there are planes flying by at low altitude. It is a very good place to take pictures. Come here for a walk. Pretty good! There are two vending machines here for thirsty~
