我最最最喜歡的油飯,老板跟老板娘以前在三重車路頭街賣算是三重在地美食了,油飯跟現三重幾家油飯老店做小小比較,阿勝油飯米粒較為溼潤入口較不會感到乾燥、湯的種類眾多湯頭有姿有味鹹淡適中(價格真的很平民)滷豆腐滷的很入味、燙高麗菜或豆芽只有淡淡的鹹味跟油蔥味,跟現今舊址味道…還是老夫妻好!有人情味、好味道(老板娘跟老板都好熱情打招乎)!現在都暫停營業好些時間了…希望老板跟老板娘健康讓好味道一直流傳下去。

It won't feel dry, there are many kinds of soups, the soup is tasty and salty (the price is really common), the braised tofu is very tasty, the blanched cabbage or bean sprouts only have a slight salty and shallot taste, which is similar to the taste of the old site ...or an old couple! Humane and good taste (the lady boss and the boss are so enthusiastic about greetings)! It's been suspended for a long time now... I hope the boss and the proprietress are healthy and the good taste will continue to pass down.

油飯口感與湯頭都不錯,豆腐很入味好吃,快用完餐才想起有香辣的辣椒醬可搭配,值得一訪的在地店家。
The oily rice has a good texture and soup, and the tofu is very tasty. I don’t remember the spicy chili sauce when I finish my meal. This is a local shop worth visiting.

能在大橋頭這一帶賣油飯的都是不錯的店,這家跟珠記的油飯類似,吃飯時間人很多,是個簡單吃、方便快速的小店;不過老闆和兩個阿姨都沒戴口罩,要離開時還聽到煮麵的阿姨打了個大噴嚏⋯⋯有點怕怕?

古早味的油飯,淋上些許的肉燥滷汁就是一碗庶民美食 這的油飯,不似客家油飯有過多複雜的配料-像是蝦米/魷魚乾/菜圃...等,就是單純的糯米飯+少許的油蔥+瘦肉,上桌前在淋上鹹香的滷汁增添香氣而已 糯米飯煮得恰到好處,不會過於軟爛但又保有糯米本身的Q彈,油飯本身就已經有調味,不過也須因為最後有再淋滷汁的關係,所以本身的調味並沒有太重,個人覺得可以再鹹一點會更好! 淋上的滷汁還會搭上些許的肉燥,增添不同的口感,不過滷汁個人覺得味道還是不太夠,反而增添了些許的油膩感,有點可惜! 豬腸湯-採用的是小腸部位,豬腸已經煮得非常軟嫩,就算是牙口不好的也能輕鬆入口,處理的也非常乾淨,沒有奇怪的味道,湯頭部分清甜爽口,加上薑絲增加了些許的辣味但能適度增加清爽感! 油豆腐-吸飽了湯汁軟嫩無比,不過感覺是用高湯燉煮,不是用滷汁滷製的,所以本身並沒有太多的鹹味,但還是非常好吃!!! 桌上有店家自製的泡菜,不過個人覺得味道偏鹹,缺少酸甜味!!! 看其他人有分享有油飯專用的甜辣醬,不過用餐當日是沒看到,有點小遺憾!!! 整體來說,個人覺得是一家介於客家油飯跟台南米糕中間的作法,是可以再訪的一家傳統小吃店!!!

The fragrant marinade just adds aroma The glutinous rice is cooked just right, not too soft and rotten, but still retains the glutinous rice's own Q bombs. The oily rice itself is already seasoned, but the seasoning itself is not too heavy because of the marinade at the end. Personally think it would be better if it can be saltier! The topped marinade will also add a little bit of minced pork, adding a different taste, but personally feel that the marinade is still not enough, but it adds a little greasy feeling, which is a pity! Pig intestine soup-the small intestine is used. The pig intestines have been cooked very soft and can be easily eaten even if the mouth is not good. The processing is also very clean and there is no strange taste. The soup is sweet and refreshing, plus ginger. The silk adds a little bit of spiciness but can moderately increase the refreshing feeling! The oily tofu-the soup is very soft and tender, but it feels like it is simmered in broth, not marinated in marinade, so it doesn't have much salty taste, but it is still very delicious! ! ! There are homemade kimchi on the table, but I personally think the taste is salty, lacking sweet and sour taste! ! ! I saw other people sharing the sweet and spicy sauce for oily rice, but I didn't see it on the day of the meal. It's a little regrettable! ! ! On the whole, I personally feel that it is a way between Hakka oiled rice and Tainan rice cakes. It is a traditional snack bar that can be visited again! ! !
