You have to try this if you are a person who desires traditional Chinese cooking. The ordering way can be separated into two ways - dine-in and takeaway. It's more like making the menu with your like on food. Pick the entrée and what side dishes you'd like with it, and you're done on ordering basically. There's less choices when it comes to takeaway. Pick the set and you are good to go.

Pretty good. But I prefer Wu Deng Jiang because Wu Deng Jiang's serve Ru Rou Fan instead of rice with sauce. I also like Wu Deng Jiang Chili and sauce better. Regardless, this is still a good pork knuckle restaurant.

豬腳雖然滷的夠爛 但是吃得出來滷汁大概只用了醬油跟糖而已 整盤豬腳味道單調又油膩 一下就吃膩 而且肥肉的部分有點騷味 滷筍絲還不錯 Though the knuckle was braised so softly that it almost melt in the mouth, the gravy wasn't as good as it looked. Actually I thought the gravy was really terrible considering the store's fame since the flavor was so plain that I guess mere soy sauce and sugar were used and this made the knuckle taste very oily and easily be got tired of. In addition, it felt like some stench remaining in the fat. But 筍絲 was good.

A small local favorite serving pig's knuckles, marinated and cooked with dark sauces. The meats were cooked well, tender, not too salty, but they lacked a bit of sweetness and that special flavor. The soup and bamboos were so so. Cleanliness could improve to provide a more pleasant environment.

The pork is braised in a way, that the flavor is depth-dark-soy-sauce. Not really towards the fragrant type. And its quite oily if you prefer the watery and fragrant type of braising. The methods they do are more to the traditional ways. However, its still worth to try once to feel the local flavor. But do take note on the queue, waited like 40 minutes before getting to order.

thuí-khòo(braised porc upper leg) and rice marinade with sauce of braised porc. lóo-nn̄g(spiced corned egg)in the deep cook status,all strong flavors of old Style of Taiwanese . Well ,maybe not bamboo shoots soup, great for greasy food,greasy? But delicious!
