★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue but move very fast! Minimum order is 2. I tried both with and without egg yolk ones. I personally like the one with egg yolk more as it kind of got different layers of texture and flavour!

Minimum order is 2 balls ($nt 50), natural filling; taro, salted egg and dried shredded pork. But i think its not that great to be in the must try list!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This kind of Unique snacks you can find probably only on Ningxia night market . This place is recommended by Michelin guide . It’s worth to try but don’t expect too much . I don’t know why people are queuing every day for such a long time . Maybe only because of Michelin recommendation . If you want to check “Michelin taste “ try it . I don’t know if thy hire Taiwanese to give the recommendation or who is doing this , but it’s another place where food is not king of “not forgettable tase”. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular stand in this night market. Love the salty yolk taro flavor! Crispy outside and fluffy inside. Always need to wait for awhile but not too long. Must give it a shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fried yam with egg yolk and meat floss, quite and interesting combination. It is close to tasting like yam ring from the Chinese restaurant, adding egg yolk and meat floss, there is also choice to choose yam only/empty fillings. I love the taste, but it is always super long queue from 7pm onwards, even on weekdays! There is minimum purchase of 2 balls, TWD60, if buying more than 4 is TWD25/ball. I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but there's no half to give. Anyway, if you're dropping for a visit, do come as early as 6pm for shorter queue to try this, because even the locals crave for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I felt that it was rather ordinary. He preferred the salted egg yolk one with the meat floss, and I preferred the original one. You get 5 cents off per piece if you order 4 pieces and above, and more often than not a lineup for it. Pretty filling too, I would suggest to try it at least once anyway just to see what it's like, but I doubt we will be coming back for more.
