蛋糕體比較濕潤，有些起酥蛋糕吃了會卡喉，這家不會，很順口、酥皮很涮嘴！
很搶手，買過一次後撲空好幾次，建議早上就去購買！

台湾のスイーツに詳しい方や よく食べる方でしたら分かると思いますが、昔の台湾人が作りそうなタイプのケーキです。
パイ生地は塩分が効いていて、中のチーズケーキは甘みは控えめでしっとり多めで柔らかい、素朴で派手さがない構成だか食が進むバランス感、安価なバターを多めに使っていて食べ過ぎると胃もたれしそう、値段の割に量が多い、冷たくても美味しいしカットされて販売されているので 様々な場面で喜ばれそう。
お客さんのほとんどがチーズケーキを購入していたのが納得できました。
サイズが小と大が有るようですが、小しか販売されていないのかな？
記憶が定かではないですが、小サイズが260元〜280元だったような、値段が値上がりしてたかもです。
賞味期限は冷蔵保存で2日後です。
また買いに行きます。
