我是他們新開發立源藝舍的新住戶,趕著年前開心的住進來,為了這裡的新生活做了很多周邊機能的功課,其中知道了泰山的遠傳收訊不好,連忙解約付了3800違約金,轉辦台哥大+光纖,沒想到和台哥大配合的永佳樂來舖線時找不到系統,問了工地主任,他說公司是和中華電信簽約,年前據說陸續有三家業者來幫住戶舖線都撲了空,我們住戶要變更的話需要成立管委會;問題是這棟總共36戶,大約只搬來8戶,還有些戶在銷售,成立管委會遙遙無期,表示這期間我辦的台哥大要支付、之前的違約金白付了,然後還要忍受沒網路導致工作無法進行,除非換更貴的中華電信!永佳樂說這棟在蓋時已經跟立源接洽過想讓客戶轉移到這裡的業務了,但是建設公司不理睬,我打電話給立源建設提出這件事,對方一樣不回應,這都不是在合約裡的,你們公司既然知道要有管委會,為何就擅自主張要我們用中華電信? 然後年前大掃除+搬家,紙箱之類的不可避免,沒想到竟然因為垃圾有礙觀瞻,要求住戶不許倒,還假裝好心的在初一多放一台子垃圾車說是便民?又貼了公告規定過年期間哪天能倒不能倒的,過完年了,現在是連紙箱也不許去丟了,讓住戶自己處理,問題是我們管理費都開始扣了耶你們這些賺人家錢的?花了一千多萬住進來不許倒垃圾、不許有其他家網路來裝,這就是你們的售後服務?!什麼都推給管委會,那還沒成立管委會前住進來的超倒楣! 以後要買這公司建案的客戶們請當心吧~
