Mainly do wholesale fashion wigs. I consulted a chemotherapy wig, and there were not many choices in the store. The attitude of the owner and the staff was very good, and I gave a lot of suggestions. really thankful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a paying customer, but I was a stuck tourist with limited NT who needed to get a taxi that took credit cards. After trying to hail one unsuccessfully on the street, I wandered in the store to see if they could request one. (When we travelled in Tainan, the ability to call for a credit-card paying cab was available). The girl at the front of the shop stared at me and was incredibly rude (condescending tone and unfriendly manner) when I tried to explain my situation. The woman behind the desk was more helpful, letting me know to look for the credit card sticker on the window. From the standpoint of their front window, the girl could clearly have seen that we had a toddler with us and could have made an effort to be helpful.
Also, when in Taiwan, the usage of Taiwanese should be expected. The girl didn't seem to understand Taiwanese (nor English or Japanese). Luckily, the woman behind the counter spoke Taiwanese.
