I just rented a studio this year. I did not expect that during the summer thunderstorms, I found that the ceiling was leaking! As long as it rains, the room is like a light rain and can't be wiped dry.
Later, I contacted Caiwen’s master, who was very nice and immediately came over to check the situation on the spot, and was also very helpful when construction was about to happen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年五月多給財穩施作浴室外的漏水，師傅來評估後表示是防水問題，建議整間打掉重做防水，我們也因此給它承包此項目，但不到一個月，浴室的另一側還是漏水且把新的壁紙給染色了，一開始打去告知此情形也一直說不可能漏水啦！這不像！所以也沒來看。結果跑去浴室另一側房間看接近地面的壁紙幾乎變色，我當初憑著鄰居介紹找到這間，花了大錢修繕還影響了我的生活，好不容易可以放心了結果現在卻漏的更嚴重，不知道貴公司真的是抓漏公司還是只會洗人重做浴室呢？
