嗯.....前頭給1星的消費者說的完全正確. 可惜最低就只能是1星. 耳機買來因有異音, 保內就送修過一次, 不到一年左耳無聲再送修一次, 客服表示過保只能購買新品, 報價和外面差不多. 因維修成本過高, 或是產品設計(防水/外觀結構.....)的考量, 可能採不可逆的密封方式而造成無法維修, 我完全可以理解, 但 "過保僅能換新, 不能維修" 如此重要的權益, 消費者購買時毫無所知, 如此頗沒有商業道德. 非原廠只是代理商, 並不是卸責理由, 因為, 你們明確知道這樣的操作對消費權益的影響, 同時, 你們也因此獲利, 不是嗎? 基於如此商德, 我不推薦這間公司所銷售的產品.
