點了蔥爆雞後，才發現我以前吃過的根本算不上蔥爆。
真正的蔥爆，就是要像這樣，用新鮮的蔥下去炒出帶鍋氣的蔥香味。
便當裡還大方的附有荷包蛋，而且荷包蛋煎得恰到好處，蛋黃不致過熟，是我最喜歡的熟度，而且吃起來也很香！
覺得非常感激，下午可以好好工作了~

After ordering the fried spring onion chicken, I realized that the ones I had eaten before were not really fried onion at all.
The real spring onion is to fry with fresh green onion like this to get the flavor of the onion with the pot gas.
The bento also comes with poached eggs generously, and the poached eggs are fried just right, the egg yolks are not overcooked, which is my favorite degree of doneness, and it tastes delicious!
