★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre in food quality and seating comfort. All seats are in booths with the tables, and most chairs, anchored to the ground during the time when pandemic was not a concern. As a result, it is not a good place to eat if social distancing is needed. It is also not appropriate for a group larger than four that desires to be seated at the same table. Furthermore, the servers had gotten the orders wrong in more than one occasions.
The saving grace is the CP value is relatively high if a coupon is used.
There are definitely better places to go for steaks in Taipei. However, a group up to four using a coupon on a weekday afternoon may get a decent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to go to get Taiwanese-style Western food (similar to Tasty and other “steakhouses”).
I ordered the Combo Steak with a Marbled Steak and Pork Chop ($398 NT); you can add an unlimited drink, soup, salad, and dessert for $138 NT more. They do provide free bread.
The food overall was alright.
Would come here again if I’m in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tried and tested restaurant has lasted for the past few decades. Serving proportions are generous, food quality excellent and service fantastic. The beef soup is truly tasty and chicken corn cream soup is rich and creamy.
The toasted garlic bread is fragrant and yet fluffy.
Salad comes with a choice of 3 delightful dressings. Drinks are free flow.
Cleanliness is tiptop. There is also a thoughtfully appointed diaper changing room.
Lovely place for return visits.
