藝術空間，記錄人生專業服務

之前承諾每年免費拍紀念照，現在竟然通知要收費，請問是個案還是所有在青樺拍婚紗照的都一樣，這樣之前簽的合約算什麼？？合約應該不是單方面想怎樣改就怎樣改的吧？？

我也是對他們片面說要收費很不理解，雙方簽訂的合約居然是他們說了算？可能是欺負我們每個消費者都是獨立的，無法聯合起來跟他們據理力爭？ 十多年來的服務，是需要認可，但是透過這種方式認可，不是很能認同，而且服務從之前的12寸洗出來的照片，變成10寸照片，再來就是不洗出來，再來變成不修片，好幾次我看到的成品，都不甚滿意，有一次，臉部的額頭的顏色燈光還是青色的。之前還會讓我們在一樓挑片，順便上茶，之後直接坐在二樓拍攝區，一個小小的電腦前選片，還有一個人在後頭監督，感覺很不舒服。 對於他們在下面別的客戶認為要收費不合理的評論，他們下頭的回覆，感覺也是刻意模糊焦點，直接說是雞同鴨講，根本沒有回答到客戶的疑慮 只會漲價，可能對新的客戶服務好，但是沒有心在維持舊有的客戶。

I had planned to visit family in Taiwan during Chinese New Years when it dawned on me 3 weeks before my fiancé and I flew there, that we should see what type of pre engagement photo shoot packages options were available. I emailed several different companies in English because I can only speak conversational Mandarin and I am illiterate in Chinese. Luckily, I got in touch with Tiffany who was my main correspondence from Ching Hua Bridal Art. She was very easy to speak to via email and responded to all the questions in English that I had about the contract. She gave me several ideas for photo shoot location to choose from but because of our time constraints, we chose CKS memorial and another European like building 1 block down from Ching Hua Bridal. I met Tiffany in person on the 2nd day we landed in Taipei and had a half an hour consultation with Andrea for hair/makeup and then with the photographer Erik for which types of photographs we would like to be captured. I had my cousin who is bilingual come to the appt with me because I wanted to make sure I didn't misinterpret what they were saying in Mandarin. I actually didn't have a very specific idea of how I wanted my make up/hair done so it was rather difficult me to tell Andrea what I wanted. Andrea asked me several questions and really was able to capture what I wanted to look like on the day of the photo shoot. My fiancé just wanted to look handsome and they were able to do just that. After the consultation, it was time to get a 1 suit/2 dresses (evening and white dress). There was an assistant from Ching Huang Bridal Art who went with us to the suit shop and then to the dress shop to make sure the outfits fit and confirmed the date and time of our photo shoot which altogether took about 4 hours. Both places were professional and were very patient with us while we tried on several different outfits. About 3 wedding dresses, 9 evening gowns and 2 suits later, we picked our outfits for the photoshoot. For my fiancés suit, they actually had a seamstress come in on the day of the photo shoot see if any last minute adjustments needed to be made. As for my dresses, the seamstress made adjustments on the same day I picked it and it only took about 20 minutes for her to do it on the spot. On the day of the photoshoot, we agreed to start our makeup at 8am because 10am would be too late because we wanted to avoid crowds during the photoshoot at CKS memorial. We arrived at our photo shoot location by 11am and that is when they started counting the 4 hour photo session. Erik, his assistant ( who spoke some English) and Andrea really made it a wonderful and memorable experience for us. My fiancé and I were laughing and enjoying ourselves during the photo shoot while Erik took our photos. The staff were all professional, friendly and caring people who obviously love what they do. They recently sent the link of the photos to me and I love them each and every one of them. If I had to do the photo shoot again, I would definitely choose them again, so thank you!
