電話完全不接,從網路投保後發現是有問題的,且不符合需求,我看在十天內是可以取消的,但我電話打了三天,且在網站上留言,完全打不通,也沒有人回信,不知這公司是不是有問題? 是正常經營的嗎??

網路投保客服專線。打了三天永遠打不通。 也沒有等待系統。打去忙線中直接被掛電話。轉線上表單也跟石沈大海沒兩樣。 這種品質要不是已經付款了。真想退掉。不然到時候要是真的需要理賠。真不知道要打多久的電話才打的進去。

從昨天早上上班前、午休時間、5點下班時,不斷用手機一直重覆撥打,從0800客服到公司市室內電話交互打,0800一直線路忙線、市話轉接後一直被掛斷,要不就是等待十來分以上,好不容易今打通了要幫家人投保,卻跟我說小孩要投保要找業務專員方案,我告知我沒有認識貴公司業務要找誰?服務人員要我去附近據點,我告知離我最近的據點就是你們了,所以才打這支市話(要不就打別據點了,有事嗎?)服務人員才又說因他們是總公司只受理網路方案客戶。還真第一次聽到這樣的投保接案方式,這是其他分公司都不能接網路方案投保客戶的意思?同一家公司系統不都是連線作業?要投個保還要這樣麻煩電話打來打去的,當我們很閒嗎?平常都是業務要業績Call客,現在變樣了!
