Cramped table setup and waitress missed part of the dish. Certain dish came cold and when we complained they reheated it but it still came out barely warmed. Very overpriced place for the quality of the food and service received.

Their waitress took down the wrong order, delivered the order without any clarification, then sent us another dish of the correct order. THEN charged us for BOTH. I asked for the manager, and she said if the waitress covers for the cost of the wrong order herself then she won't have much pay left for the day. So? The customer should cover for your waitress's mistakes? Terrible. Food was also not half as good as 欣叶， never coming back again. Disappointed at Taiwan, where services used to be world famously fantastic

This place earned four stars in my book, which is high praise coming from me. I had been to this place once several years ago. To the best of my recollection, it was a pleasant experience. During my recent visit in mid January 2021, our party of six ordered a set menu for six. A unique aspect of the set menu at this place is that there are multiple selections in each course. This way, there is flexibility that enables diners to choose dishes to their liking. This is quite a departure from the typical set menu where every course is predetermined by the restaurant. As such, I should probably called the menu "flexible set menu". The mainstay of this place is Taiwanese cuisine with a contemporary twist. That said, one dish served that night was simply created by the chef with no relation to other Taiwanese cusuines that I had ever sampled in the past. Namely, the 'Lobster Meat in Passion Fruit Juice' in our order that evening would not be out of place in a restaurant that serves American cuisines. All dishes served that night were above average, as compared to other restaurants of similar ilk, with the exception of the lobster meat. I had been spoiled with having feasted on lobsters over the course of an entire week in the state of Maine so it is hard for any restaurant, outside of Maine, to enthuse me with respect to lobster. The roast chicken warrants a special mention as the skin was crisp while the flesh was tender. Another refreshing aspects of this place is that the portion served was sufficient for the size of the party provided that there is no one in the party with a capacious appetite. In summary, until I discover another place that is superior, this is my go-to restaurant if I, as well as friends and family, are in the mood for Taiwanese cuisine.

Very nice presentation~ Chinese fusion that is not oily. Loved the soup and oyster. Very tasty.

Lobster was tender and juicy. The glass noodle with scallop was delicious and the pumpkin Mee hoon was a hit! Don’t forget the abalone stir fry with mushroom and garlic!
