Best Sushi restaurant in Taiwan

C	Carol Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store with some friends, but the experience was not as good as expected. The cooked foods are fine, but the Sushi is not fresh enough, and the service is so so, not worth paying a visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
B	Bill Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you paid! We opted for the NTD 5k+ set, food and service were excellent. The ambient is warm and cozy. Incidentally we met some friends from HK whom I had provided info on this establishent. These 4 ladies were equally impressed with the food and service. The quality of the ingredients were impeccable! Translated back to HKD as 1.3k per head, it's a steal if you have to pay for same deal in Hong Kong. Will definitely be back but may ask chef Wen to customize menu next time.

We were sitting outside and heard very clearly a man their chef or maybe boss were shouting to those staffs or colleagues with very impolite words, you know your restaurant isn’t only impressed your customers with good foods, but those annoyed voice is really influenced my appetite, very “impressed” too. Disappointed and unpleasant experience.
C	Chloe Kwon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience, Friendly chefs with perfect English and superb quality dish. Monaca from Ginza was also remarkable. We were totally full when leaving the restaurant. Also we reserved the place an hour before we arrived on Sunday !! which was pretty lucky. So do not hesitate although you think it’s too late to make the reservation!

The ingredients are all super fresh, the chef was very careful and professional (also quite humorous), and the environment is very private and cozy. It is not cheap, but it is def worth the price. Normally after having omakase I don’t really get full, but here my stomach was beyond content. If you can afford the price on a daily basis, go everyday. But def recommend for nice dates and special occasions :)
A	Alpha Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local Japanese restaurant with over decorated food presentation. It’s called Sushi bar restaurant but you don’t see the chefs cut the fish in front of the bar. Instead, they cut the fish inside and put the fish on top of rice in front of the customers. You will be impressed most of the decorated foods especially the desserts. Everyone’s dessert decoration is different. The best taste of the food is karasumi that the chef’s special skill to bake so that the outside is crispy and inside is soft. The overall taste of the food is average as compared with the price. The chefs keep presenting the materials from Japan by using iPad. It’s an interesting experience for having dinner in the restaurant.
