包裝上成分寫著雞蛋 糖粉 麵粉 麥芽
品嚐起來甜味的層次並不會太單一
但也沒有論及到非常有層次的程度
甜度大概是六七分
蛋糕本身的黏性中偏高
口感是扎實但有韌性和一點彈性的
吃起來其實保有些微的咬勁
聞起來的香氣是淡淡的香甜味
表皮的上色很均勻平滑
常溫吃冷藏吃都覺得還不錯
個人偏好冰冰的吃?
保存方式:脫氧包裝可常溫存放2-3個星期
開封後3天內食用完畢 口感最佳❗️
近看的蛋糕孔洞並沒有特別密集
但蛋糕本來的特色應該就不是走細緻口感路線~
盒外是用包裝紙裹住
拆的時候認真覺得邊邊角角都摺得很工整❗️

價格上並不會特別昂貴
蛋糕本身也不會到過度甜膩
和家人朋友一起分享的話
就會是簡單的下午茶小點心了
兩次我都沒有到店購買
所以不太知道門市環境和服務如何

吃起來甜度較高 麵粉味比較明顯
底部至整體 口感較乾一些
圖中份量是450元的 非常沉
包裝很有質感美觀
如果要送人可以選南蠻堂
如果要自己吃 我選中部店家的較濕潤

除了原味以外,還有許多口味可以選擇,所以就帶回了原味、巧克力各一條。
【 我是一個非常喜愛吃蛋糕甜點的人,所以就寫下我的感受給大家參考囉 】
● 原味:口感上是濕潤扎實、略帶Q彈的口感,味道上是甜香迷人的傳統風味,雖然食材原料裡沒有使用蜂蜜,但得確有種蜂蜜般的好滋味。
● 巧克力:一口咬下時、可可的香氣味濃厚,略帶些許微微的焦糖香,口感上也是濕潤柔軟,如果原味已經吃膩的話,不妨就放心的嚐試看看吧。
★★ 以上 2款,我都特別建議放在室溫( 對,沒錯,不要放入冷藏 )隔一晚後再吃,蛋糕整體會熟成的比較快,蛋糕的甜香味會比較均勻喔 ★★
