★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here was a rush. I came for a meeting right before they closed that night. I went back the week after to spend time exploring the collections owned by the boss (Mr Du). And I ended up staying for over 3 hours. It turned out that Mr Du is a very famous music producer! And I actually did listen to lots of his production~ so honored!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had lunch at Max Tu’s cafe a few times. The ambience, service and food are first class for this type of cafe. Max specialises in dishes based on Asian street food - Max is happy to advise if you are not sure what to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy place for lunches. Hanan Chicken Rice and Dumpling soup are the two best selling items. Home made lemon cheese cake is good for coffee. One minute away from Joanna Road MRT station.

It has a collection of Airforce Pilots Helmets, miniatures of aircrafts from Taipei Air Force and many old fashion devises fro the 70's and 80' such as the first Apple Mac. The owner is a motorbikes and aircraft lover, so the place is very interesting. Also Coffee is good and the staff attention is very good. They have a 30 years old phone that amazingly is still working it is connected to the telephone public line.

The food here is mostly w strong spices but it is defi worth trying and of great taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another place where my high rating was not solely based on the food quality.
This place is known for the electric decors which includes collections of aviator arm patches. The proprietor is a Taiwan music industry veterans so a number of autographs by well known singers can also be seen in the store.
The servers were very warm and thoughtful. Being there felt like having a meal at a relative's home.
With respect to the food, the quality was somewhat uneven. The dishes with chicken as the main ingredient were better cooked than the seafood dishes.
In summary, it is a place that I would not hesitate to revisit.
