★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面非常的整齊乾淨，沒有一般小吃會有的油膩黏濕感，非常難得，這點絕對要肯定！
鵝肉是已剝骨的，雖是薄切但非常具口感，也不會韌到咬不斷，鵝肉下面還鋪滿了薑絲，這薑絲入口沒有嗆辣的味道，與鵝肉很搭！
古早麵的味道清淡，湯頭的油蔥味道較一般的麵店為輕，油蔥味不會搶過頭。
菜色很多，多人一起可以吃到更多傳統的台灣小吃美食！絕對值得！
疫情緩解後再訪，點了肉捲，那個味道與口感真的讓人覺得好熟悉啊，幼時逢年過節媽媽親自手捲油炸才會有的味道⋯⋯懷念與讚嘆！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジューシーなガチョウ肉でした！いつも食べてる阿城鵝肉よりも肉厚でジューシーな感じです。味も良く似たスモーキーな良い塩味系でとても美味しいです（付け合わせの生姜の量もちょうどいい笑）。今回は持ち帰りにしましたが、店内も広々とした感じでいごこちがよさそうでしたので、次回はゆっくりお店で頂こうかなぁと思います。
It was juicy goose meat! It's thicker and juicy than the Ajo meat that I always eat. It has a good smoky salty taste and is very delicious (the amount of ginger garnish is just right). I took it home this time, but the inside of the store seemed to be spacious and comfortable, so I think I'll take it slowly next time.
