嵐山的咖啡真的很乾淨，烘培、調理都處理得很好，平常喝咖啡會胃痛的狀況都沒發生。
及時晚上才喝，也不會睡不著。
重點這邊煮虹吸壺的技術真的很厲害，跟去其他地方看到的煮法不太一樣。
口感乾淨，尾韻甘甜長久。

The coffee in Arashiyama is really clean, roasting and conditioning are handled very well, and the stomach pain that usually occurs when drinking coffee does not occur.
Just drink it at night, and you won't be able to fall asleep.
The key point here is that the technique of cooking a siphon pot is really powerful, which is not the same as the cooking method seen elsewhere.
Clean on the palate with a long, sweet finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人均250元的老饕咖啡廳。自己從生豆開始烘，曼巴340/磅價格非常實惠。套餐200/set送120元咖啡一杯。三明治總匯內有鮪魚，生菜跟蛋非常豐富加上虹吸的曼巴咖啡是下午茶的最佳選擇。熱狗潛艇堡+義式卡布奇諾是網美的最愛。小朋友當然就是奶油巧克力鬆餅份量很足也才150/set，服務人員態度都超好的，對面還是個咖啡杯公園，真的是適合下午喝杯休閒咖啡的地方
