很猛的無菜單料理海產店!生魚片跟鮑魚強推。 條通區吃新鮮海產的強店。 主廚跟服務人員都很熱情。 建議有預算限制的話可以先跟店家說。

昨天5個人去吃~1200/人。 東西新鮮當然就好吃,但是料理並沒有什麼創意,就是單純新鮮但是份量就是如一般海產店的份量甚至量偏少(跟谷狗上菜單的圖照不符合,不然就是老板今天心情不好,份量大減),扣掉普通的青菜,櫻花蝦炒飯,算起來主菜一盤至少要1000塊以上(一盤份量是偏少的喔,而且還是5個人要吃的,主菜依序是白蝦,2只普通螃蟹,炸花枝,生魚片,炒翻車魨~就醬樣,而且份量普通甚至偏少~幹!),根本沒有那個價值。這樣一盤要至少1000以上,還得5個人分著吃,幹!還不如多個3~5百,去吃中等的熟成牛排。說真的我不知道留評論寫的多棒多棒的,是抱什麼樣的心態,至少對我而言這真的是徹徹底底的盤子價。畢竟是在條通內,酒喝多了~錢不當錢花的,可以去。

今天凱哥小弟我,再來介紹九條通海產店,這家很容易錯過的海產店,他就是九條海產,又名九條通楊海產,這家店的大廚,是由外表與實際年齡不符的楊老闆所經營,這家店的特色是{無菜單海產店},不熟悉的人常常錯身而過,我前後來了三次,老闆為人海派,十分有氣魄,話說,要敢在餐館林立的條通裡面開館,若沒有三兩三,真的還沒有辦法在這邊立足,我前幾天去,講好每人單價,楊老闆幫我配了當令的的烏魚胗,烏魚膘,深海石斑,大的跟小孩拳頭一樣大的蛤蠣{有圖有真相}生魚片跟小菜,加送櫻花蝦炒飯,菜餚都極為新鮮,裡面還有一個深海魷魚,炸的非常的軟嫩,這邊的特點,就是前面所講,因為他沒有菜單,完全看當日老闆去海產市場買回來魚貨而定,價位只要先跟老闆講好,他都可以幫你斟酌,甚至貼心的先問你有多少人要用餐,來跟你配菜,所以,來這邊用餐就可以發現,常常都是小團體或是女性顧客或是三五好友來居多,而且80%都是熟客,也因為信任老闆,相信老闆的手藝與新鮮度,生意都保持一個非常熱絡的狀況,楊老闆在忙完之後常常會到各桌去寒暄,在心情好的時候,還會跟客人小酌兩杯,非常的親切,下次三五好友去品嚐看看吧!!!!!

實在是一家很厲害的海鮮店 每一道都非常的新鮮 做法也非常彰顯原味 很喜歡現流明蝦的調味蝦肉厚實 鮑魚和甘貝的鮮甜 炸透抽非常酥香軟嫩 一開場的沙拉也別出心裁 有玉米筍 小番茄 山藥 黑豆 白花椰 鳳梨 紅心芭樂 最後的櫻花蝦炒飯和大蛤蜊湯 我是沒辦法吃完 只能把炒飯打包了 附帶一提 這家是無菜單料理 價位是1000,1200,1500 可以先跟老闆講好價位 以吃到的食材和份量 我覺得是很值得的 如果假日要去 一定要先訂位 店不大 裡面可以坐七桌左右 含兩個小包廂 老闆動作很快 出菜外 還可以很有笑容的介紹食材
