★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21, 23號已被市府列管為海砂屋, 請尋問建管處! 危險小心安全!!!! 我的建物位於台北市新生北路二段41巷23號1至5樓 (A建物， 屋齡36年經台北市土木技師公會89年檢定氯離子超標 3.26 至0.42 kg/m3 (嚴重超過現行標準3至22倍) 判定為海砂屋需拆除重建；共用樓梯同一結構同一個建商21號1至5樓（B建物）104年經北市建築師公會鑑定氯離子更高達2. 69至0.93 kg/m3 (嚴重超標6至18倍)，建物鋼筋裸露，水泥塊經常掉落，為了居住和公共安全，A住戶配合判定欲重建, 但同結構B建物住戶不願重建，逕向北市府申請耐震評估，結果判定加逕補強，二棟於88年均已被市府列管。
