買來後一直都讀不到裝置 蘋果網服務下 買了type c 3g的線也沒用 最後說電腦速度不夠快 可是我已經有了兩台筆電一台桌電
今年下定決心買了一台Mac book M1的 還是讀不到 才想到是不是產品有問題 寄給富銘科技確定是壞的
請問我可以換一台良品讓我稍微享受一下使用產品的感覺嗎？
另外我也納悶
到底是什麼情形它沒用就故障？
還是我那裡錯了？
At the end of each year, we will have about 10 directors
Last year, I bought a Recoder 3G from BMD and planned to connect to the broadcaster to record live videos.
After I bought it, I couldn’t read the device. I bought a type c 3g cable and it didn’t work. Finally, I said that the computer is not fast enough, but I already have two laptops and one desk.
I made up my mind to buy a Mac book M1 this year, but I still couldn’t read it. I figured out if there is a problem with the product. I sent it to Fuming Technology to make sure it was broken.
Can I exchange for a good product to let me enjoy the feeling of using the product a little bit?

What is the situation where it fails when it is useless?
