★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/2/3因電瓶壞掉，致電到府取車維修，順便做里程數保養，確認車廠上班時間是8點30分以後，考量車廠與劍潭的距離（車程約15分鐘），預約取車時間為2/5早上9點，但2/5早上9:15等不到人，打電話到車廠被告知人員準備出發，等到9:45還是不見人影，因為工作因素沒有辦法在等，只好打電話取消服務，白白浪費時間；2/5當天車廠的一切溝通，完全沒有因為遲到而有任何致歉的表示，之前有開車到現場維修過，廠長相當專業友善，沒想到到府取車維修是完全不同的體驗，態度很不負責任，不推薦！！！
 2020/2/3, because the battery is broken, call the car to pick up the car for repairs, and make mileage maintenance by the way. Make sure the car factory's working time is 8:30. Consider the distance between the car factory and Jiantan (approximately 15 minutes), make an appointment. The bus time is 9 AM on 2/5, but no one can wait until 9:15 AM on 2/5. I called the car factory and was told that the staff was ready to leave. By 9:45, there were no people, because there was no way to wait because of work factors. Calling to cancel the service wasted time; on 2/5 of the day's communication with the car factory, there was no apology for being late. The driver had been driven to the site for repairs before. The director was very professional and friendly. It's a totally different experience, the attitude is very irresponsible, not recommended! !! !!

更換變速箱油時,拆過的零件又沒裝好...技術真是差。
不推薦這家保養廠。

維修場地看起來很小，但給顧客的休息空間大而清爽，
除維修外還有專門的美容服務。
或許生意太好，在休息室會有找不到服務人員的狀況。
重點是該打折的還是會記得！

Asked them to do a thorough power check, wires, cables and all that, and I was promised they would. After the checkup, i was told no problem found related to the power system of my car. I had doubts at that moment, but i chose to trust the professional. Here I am, coming to the garage for the same battery drain breakdown for the third time! The third time with same issue!!!!
