Their pineapple cakes are different from others. The elderly at home have eaten a lot of goose, so again, I personally prefer their lemon tarts and lemon pound cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet is not so easily accessible by the public transportation, but it is quite spacious for a pastry/dessert shop of its kinds where you can also see the baking zone through a piece of transparent window.
This brand is all about using natural ingredients, and the famous pumpkin swiss roll does not contain a drop of oil at all, so does their signature pineapple tarts that use french style macaroons instead of the traditional Chinese buttery pastry.
I like how spacious, clean, and bright the shop is, but it lacks of the warmness and doesn't really have the bakery shop aroma when stepping in. The pumpkin swiss roll I tried in the shop doesn't have the pumpkin freshness, and even was a bit sour. Quality needs to be further assures here....
