對於飼主的問題都認真解釋，
也不會強迫推銷很貴的藥或是不必要的檢查，
甚至會建議飼主可以自行購買藥局中一些比較有用的眼藥水。
初診眼睛檢查約2000，包含青光眼眼壓測量，眼底鏡，散瞳水晶體檢查，鼻淚管，角膜螢光染色。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己新養的小幼貓幾天來眼睛都會流分泌物，又腫腫的，今天來到恩典讓岳醫師診治，才知道小貓眼疾的狀況，醫生也很溫柔的對待小貓並且細心點眼藥水上藥，還給小貓吃罐罐，也很專業的告知疾病原因，雖然價格真的不低，但是為了小貓能健康平安，一開始先找專業的醫護才會放心，現在小貓眼睛好多了，希望下週回診能康復

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飼養貓的飼主都知道帶貓咪看醫生不止毛孩心理壓力大，主人心理壓力也很大！很幸運能透過介紹得知恩典，從初診前電話詢問到現場看每位工作人員與每位飼主及毛孩們的互動，都覺得非常熱心讓人放鬆不少！
在診療過程，對於貓咪的焦慮防衛脾氣，醫生非常有耐心溫和～甚至其他醫生經過覺察到貓咪的不適，也非常熱心提供貓草及協助安撫，這次貓咪是很罕見霍納氏症候群，特別感謝李醫生非常細心的檢查以及詳細的說明，讓我很清楚每一階段的檢查及建議的方向動機目的為何。最後也有發現李醫生有與其他醫生討論評估結論，並且以不過度投藥的方向總結讓飼主了解，這部分我也覺得非常用心～希望接下來貓咪可以快快康復，也很謝謝恩典醫院提供的協助！
