我說:什麼意思?
她回他們手上現在沒有任何案件,都已經進件了,要問進度要打去公司問,這樣聽不懂嗎?
即便是如此,我也是道謝了。我不清楚你們接聽電話的經辦單位是否為服務民眾的人員,就算不是,難道跟自己的同事或是朋友,也是使用這樣的電話禮儀嗎? 真糟糕。
I called to ask about my personal property insurance license registration progress. The switchboard helped to transfer to the office. A girl answered with a bad attitude. She immediately said that she asked me to ask the company myself.
I said: What do you mean?
She told them that there is no case in their hands, and they have already received the case. If you want to ask about the progress, you have to call the company to ask. Is that not understandable?
Even so, I thank you. I don’t know if the handling unit you answer the phone is a person serving the people. Even if it’s not, do you use this kind of phone etiquette with your colleagues or friends? Really bad.
