★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original general tso chicken by chef Pong - this was the reason I came here. However, it turned out to be a slight disappointment for me. Compared to the Americanized version, the chickens are not fried in a batter, which made then not as juicy and maybe a little dry.However, the sauce tasted more delicate than the Americanized version. I'm not sure if the chef messed up or maybe this is what it's supposed to be. From what I saw and tasted during my visit,I would say that I prefer the Americanized version. Other dishes like the drunken oil chicken and Pong's tofu were not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a rather small place located on the second floor of a hotel. Lunch time was fully booked on Sunday. I had a lunch course there with about ten different dishes (portions are made for one person). Not a new place but comfortable.
