1. 退費 — 幫請錯車的人代繳停車費,需要退費要我上傳Line慢慢等, 等了45天如果不是我又代繳第二筆才打去客服抱怨根本就不會有人回覆
2. 遺落物 — 掉東西是自己不對,但是無論如何你有沒有在第一時間通報,客服都會要你上網去填表單慢慢等,第一次遺失鑰匙我已經等了三個月完全沒有回應,想追問客服他卻要我回去找車號以及訂單編號給他,但是我早就已經填了遺失物表單都有資訊不是嗎?那當初是填什麼意思的?
後來我又意外遺落手機在車上,又是要我填表單,追問下客服也只能跟你說車子在哪裡但必須要有人去清潔的時候才能協尋或自己去,後來我用手機定位發現手機根本就是在他們的門市,都已經過了兩天也沒有人打給我,打去問門市還說不知道要幫我確定一下,和運確定有誠心願意協助客戶協助搜尋遺失物和提供後勤服務嗎嗎?還是賺到錢就好?
我知道客服業務量很大,辛苦你們了。但既然和泰公司要做共享汽車服務,那必然會需要非常多的後勤人力不是嗎?每次有急事打給客服都要在路邊等個5-10分鐘,和泰集團是一間那麼大又有信譽的公司,獲利如此巨大,應該不至於人力和後勤制度管理都這麼的不堪吧?希望管理層及後勤單位好好檢討,以上回饋與建議。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和運官網線上租車這個系統浪費想租車的人的時間,我使用一小時兜兜轉轉,系統秀出來很多選擇,但是試了多種搭配,都在最後付款環節才通知我失敗,沒車可用,然後打了0800服務電話,服務人員要查有沒有車竟然也是跟我用一樣的網站查詢。還叫我按照他的指示,換個租車點,操作一遍就能訂到了,我心想小姐我一小時的操作比你還熟練了,網站就是不能很有效率地告訴那些車可以租哪些站還有車,每次付款都要被拒絕一次然後全部資料又要再重填寫一遍,沒有見過這麼浪費時間的網站,如果都某站都沒有車可租,為何網站卻一直媒合我去某站選車呢?網頁的設計真的很讓人倒胃口

我真的不想打,前幾天我朋友租車用他們的app irent系統去租車,結果車子才租到第二天,就莫名其妙被拖走,我朋友也很疑惑車子的地板底下沒有拖吊的電話,什麼資料都沒有,結果我朋友就報了警,後面我們想說保險起見打電話回去給和運租車的人問一下,(說我們是線上租車的!那請問車子失竊了,是否可以查到定位)客服人員還幫我們查說車子是發動的狀態,結果再查下去卻是他們人員直接開回去了,只因為我朋友信用卡扣不到款項餘額不足,然後當時早上9.多才打一通電話給我朋友,我朋友沒接到,他們也不會隔一段時間再打第二次確認聯絡到車主,告知一下/問一下貴重物品是否有在車子上,二話不說就直接開走,如果我們今天只有報警呢?沒有去問可不可以查一下車子的位子呢?那不就直接變竊盜?哪怕是你們公司人員也好,我朋友東西如果不見了,你們要負責嗎?事後我們打電話給客服人員,警察那邊我們撤案了,那接下來怎麼做,客服人員就教我朋友說,先拿著備用鑰匙到最近的和運門市還,然後再詢問在場的人員,看東西時候怎麼取回比較恰當,結果呢?我跟我朋友先打電話去到台北的總店,問他們說是否可以幫我們查詢一下這一台車車牌號碼是否車子在你們那邊,如果是的話我們可不可以去還鑰匙的時候順便把東西拿回來,跟我朋友說什麼?去問客服?還連續三次,口氣態度有夠差,搞得我們的錯一樣,接著我朋友想說算了先去還鑰匙,到了現場我朋友詢問了一下大概現在這個狀況你們辦法查到車子在哪裡嗎?然後他們說他們只負責處理現場,請詢問客服,,,,我朋友都到現場了,還不算現場嗎?
然後就皮球踢來踢去,都客服人員你們都不用負責幫忙解決,還有你們到底跨不誇張,我朋友租2天至三天中途你們就拖走了,後續扣款成功因為你們人員車子牽回去,幫我們還車還好了,但是金額3000多快四千,我就問,你們中途直接牽走,我們才租多久?扣款金額多寡原因都沒說明,然後當下我朋友發現餘額不足馬上用,也來不及了,我朋友的確應該注意信用卡餘額才對,但是你們只通知一次,根本沒確實聯絡到本人或傳訊息,直接拖走,哪怕聯絡不到,你們拖走後應該還是要告知車輛已在你們那裡,而不是通知一次後面什麼都不講,雖然車子不是我們的我們也是會緊張,讓租車的很是問號就算了,還要讓租的人去問去查,才知道是你們人員拖走,也白報案了,根本把客人跟警察當白癡耍,拜託品牌大廣告打得好聽,租後服務請好一點不要再互相踢皮球,事情不但沒解決還造成租客不回租的跡象,真的是租了一肚子火
