★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟了北越下龍灣加陸龍灣五天的行程，行程及餐點安排還不錯，但導遊行程中會極力阻止我們買東西，連36條古街都怕我們會去買東西，而只給了我們20多分鐘，連逛都不夠，逛個休息站的土產店，看個腰果跟綠豆糕，他會一直靠過來說，那有防腐劑，我的沒有，還比較便宜，結果朋友跟他買的綠豆糕回家拆開，裡面居然有墊塑膠，跟本就不到一盒，所以因為導遊的關係我給三顆星，不然行程安排跟餐點我覺得很不錯

Even the 36 ancient streets were afraid that we would go shopping, but only gave us 20 For more than a few minutes, I can’t even go shopping. I went to a local product shop at the rest stop and watched a cashew nut and mung bean cake. He would always rely on it to say that there were preservatives, mine did not, and it was cheaper. But my friend returned the mung bean cake he bought The house is opened, there is actually a plastic cushion inside, which is less than a box, so I will give three stars because of the tour guide, otherwise I think the itinerary and meals are very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來旅行社不是為了旅遊行程，這是COVID-19疫情期間的特殊現象。出國旅遊瞬間凍結，旅行社紛紛另闢生路。這是第一次來鴻毅，品嚐他自印尼亞齊省進口的曼特寧，我滿推薦中淺烘培的口味。

致電詢問代辦飛往越南機票事宜，接電話的人員語氣非常敷衍、不耐煩，掛電話倒是很快，我才說完謝謝直接被掛電話，基本的電話禮儀都不懂。要不是長榮那邊讓我們透過旅行社代辦，根本不會想找你們。

I called the agency to ask about air tickets to Vietnam. The voice of the person who answered the phone was very perfunctory and impatient. I hung up the phone very quickly. I was hung up after saying thank you. I didn't understand the basic phone etiquette. If it hadn't been for Evergreen to let us through the travel agency, we wouldn't want to find you at all.
