好久沒來了,之前路邊的小攤,記憶中地上總是滿滿的魷魚嘴渣,今天再訪已有店面,這物價漲的嚇死寶寶,嘴羹$80我真的點不下去,其它品項價格都能接受,油飯(小)$30 、麵線(小)$40,品質都有維持住,午餐時刻內用外帶沒停過,想吃嘴羹的心情只能用記憶來品嚐吧~

衝著魷魚嘴羹來的,順道點了小碗油飯來吃! 魷魚嘴羹$80,第一次吃到魷魚嘴,很特別的部位,肉質真是q彈啊!店家還很貼心的提供小小碗,讓你裝吐出的魷魚嘴硬殼,80元看似不便宜,不過魷魚嘴給的還蠻多的!還算超值! 油飯小碗$30,店家淋的醬汁有點太濕了!讓油飯變略軟爛了些!我個人比較喜歡吃,硬一點的口感,雖說沒特別出色,但還算不錯!

小小一間店,外觀看起來並不突出,但評論竟然有七百多人評,看起來一定有其厲害之處!菜單上看到魷魚嘴羹,我馬上就會想到雲林,畢竟這部位在台北大多出現在熱炒店,但做成焿確實是非常稀有。 這羹湯屬清爽型芶芡,帶微柴魚片香與蘿蔔清甜味,建議灑上些楜椒與店家特製辣椒會好喝很多(辣椒看起來很辣,實質辣度中規中矩,會期待它更香辣)。這間魷魚嘴跟雲林不同,貼心的對半切開,方便吃的時後用舌頭先移除嘴部硬質的殼。這魷魚嘴應該是有挑選過,size 頗大,吃起來皮嫩內Q彈,口感上非常的好! 會為了這碗羹再來! 油飯飯粒邊緣偏乾硬,有別於一般淋上紅甜醬,這間是用自製滷肉汁,不過可惜香氣略淡,且油飯本身也無香菇,金鉤蝦,或油蔥香氣,建議可淋上蒜蓉醬油會好吃許多。
