3.成功訂票後,無法查詢完整的訂單資訊,寄送地址也沒有

1.退票已經經過一個月了,卻毫無回音,也沒收到錢。
2.客服超難打,還不能在線上等,佔線等一下就被系統自動掛電話!! 根本就是不想讓人聯繫客服啊!
3.客服態度超差,口氣像是我欠他的??
4.詢問客服進度,卻只說處理中,問何時會好,回:不知道!!
5.詢問若貴司發現退票資料有問題,是否會主動告知消費者補件or修改? 竟然回答很不爽的:不會!!! 拜託,退票不是貴公司造成的嗎? 為什麼搞得好像是我逼貴公司要退票一樣???? 即使消費者資料不齊全,你們也應該要通知消費者把資料補齊,把錢退出來啊!! 這什麼態度????
