Always 5 stars! I am not a local there in Taipei, but my friends live there. I discovered Taipei Alice Florist when I first time stop by their workshop and they have become my consistent florist of choice in Taiwan ever since. The flowers are always high quality, their service is always helpful, professional and their delivery reliable. It is a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. =)

This is my second time engaging alice flower service, both times were really amazing! As im situated in overseas while my love one is in taiwan, not only do they understood my situation, they also done their best to fulfil my request and have it my way on how its going to be delivered. For those who wish to give surprises to their love ones, Alice flower is your best option!

My second order of flower arrangement was just delivered in Taipei and I know I will definitely be going back to Alice Florist for flower and gift deliveries in the future! Their customer service was top notch- they are responsive, very friendly and professional, and one can tell that they really take pride in their work and always put great effort into making sure each of their orders is perfectly put-together and delivered with care. They even gave me advice on cultural appropriateness for gift selections, and when having trouble with the delivery they called my U.S. phone number to discuss options. I was so impressed by the quality of their flower arrangements, the recipients were so happy to receive them, and I know I can trust them with bringing gifts to my families and loved ones in Taiwan. This is especially meaningful during the time of COVID and with all the associated travel restrictions, I have not been able to go to Taiwan to be with family for important events, and Alice Florist has been a wonderful resource. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars business and highly recommended!!

Really glad of the service. I ordered at night and the day after, beginning of afternoon, the beautiful bouquet was delivered. Customer service by WhatsApp which is very easy and in English…

We have ordered flowers from Alice Florist Taipei numerous times now and I have spoken to Sam two separate times in regards two separate orders. I was surprised when Sam called me for the first time as I am in Canada and the florist is in Taipei, Taiwan. However, each time I spoke with him, Sam was very professional and pleasant. He was able to accommodate my request and got my order to arrive earlier than the excepted time for delivery. Sam even followed up with emailed to check in. As a consumer, I appreciate company’s honour their word and the follow through. The only reason why I gave one star less is because there have been times where the flowers we ordered wasn’t what we expected and the quality was a little off. However, keep in mind that this happens to every business now and then and bound to happen as we order maybe 3-4 times a year for several years now.

One of our family members just pass away couple of weeks ago, we appreciate the A TEAM, Taipei Alice Florist, gives us huge support and recommendation as we are not able to go back to Taiwan due to COVID. Keep it up Team. =)

Very happy experience with them. Speedy delivery, friendly and responsive customer service! Most importantly, my mom loved their flowers and the design! Highly recommended and I will definitely order more flowers from them in the future.
