C	Christine W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible cleanliness, admission fee was a total scam, NONE of the rides were open, bathroom was disgusting, and the entire park was infested with mosquitoes. The reason for those mosquitoes is the unkempt ponds and fountains which was overflowing with moldy water and insects. The rides are completely outdated, and as I mentioned above, weren't open. The view is okay, but overall experience was TERRIBLE. would have given it a 0 if I could.
Z	Zoe Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning! It is so beautiful even it's raining. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have morning walk with a guide, it starts at 8am. Hot springs is awesome, don't miss out! Another thing to recommend is their head to toes wash gel. It was made by local, I bought a bottle for my kid ? We will visit here again for sure ?

D	David Clair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely run hotel. beautiful setting and the photo is of their standard room. As you can see one wall is entirely glass with a nice outdoor porch sitting area. A few photos show the men's hot spring and spa area that also has a sauna. you register by the hour though it doesn't seem like the tour groups really use the spa much. Breakfast is expansive with many different items you can try. There is also a nice hiking trail that takes about an hour to complete through the forest. Do note that this is the only restaurant in the vicinity so unless you bring food you will be eating it there.
T	Thomas Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Good: friendly staff and the location was what we needed in terms of proximity to Wuling Farm, Heping and it was situated in a beautiful spot surrounded by forest. The Bad: I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately after our stay here I have to share my experience in the hope they can improve for future guests. 1) The hotel is generally not very clean. The tables in the restaurant needed a good clean, as did the cutlery. But our room was the worst. There were so many dead bugs around on the floor and under the bed and the bathroom was not clean. Also the ceiling was broken and filled with dead bugs (see pics). 2) Hot spring was nice to have but the water again had some floating particles and insects in it. 3) Value for money. The hotel was one of the most expensive places we booked in Taiwan at 6000 NT$ / night. This was far from worth the money in comparison to what we experienced elsewhere.
S	Shiuan Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a two-story cabin with 4 beds. The cabins are old and amenities bare. Restaurant is not bad (get the spring onion oil chicken). Service is decently friendly. The scenery however is five-star. As a summer chateau of the former President Chiang Kai-Shek, you can expect this to be in the best location nature-wise, and it is. So much more can be done if this place had a major renovation.
T	The Foodie Architect on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars is for the environment. The hotel itself is run poorly and the wood cabins are not good. For the starter, the furniture are pretty old and tiring. It’s really a shame to waste sun h beautiful place. The staff is ok but just doing the minimum. Environment is absolutely gorgeous though. The views from everywhere and nice air. The hiking trail right inside the hotel is a must, too pretty to pass.
