致親愛的力格主管們 因周末假期,回覆的太慢,先跟大家說一聲報歉。 至於反應“關燈”一事,此事更可看出力格是“對人不對事”,我們都知道力格都是在服務金字塔高端客群,裡面不乏上市上櫃或者身價數十億客戶,試問如果相同的狀況下力格敢對上述客戶關燈趕人嗎? 力格一直期許是“舒適的上課環境”,對下了班提早來力格的學員會借按摩室以供休息。 但此次事件跟力格提供按摩室休息跟本是二碼子事,何況力格也有權利跟學員拒絕出借按摩室休息,不是嗎? 合約上載明臨時取消課程需扣0.5小時,說實話,這是貴公司對每位客戶合約內容,您直接對我這樣子說明好像也有點過了吧!而且我們班的學生沒有簽過任何合約,那次會取消上課,是因為貴公司的客服在最後一堂課時,和本班的一位同學說要漲價,而不是一起公布,造成當場尷尬,原來貴公司要調漲價格是這樣宣布的,也沒有說明調整的幅度。加上當次上課,本班很多同學缺席,所以我們一陣不知所措,決定要延後一次上課,也討論一下之後如何進行,但你確還特地說明,還和本班同學要人情。 客服再次提到這次的“誤解”... 容我再次提醒您,客服似乎對貴公司的“包班”、“團班”,都不甚了解,還是我在周六時告知客服這個差異性,客服還說在她到力格服務時“本班”就已經在上課了,所以客服跟本不瞭解本班的性質是什麼! 我們團班在周二晚上上課時,正是貴公司的主管會議時間,難道客服在發出這個訊息前所有主管完全不曉得這個團班到底是如何組成跟何種性質嗎? 最後貴公司的客服說明總是在推卸自己身為客服的責任,不是怪罪教練不然就是怪罪財務,大家都是已經在社會上走跳的成人了,我也經歷過許多健身房,但看貴公司客服,可真是最失敗的體驗。 請提供匯款帳號,我們會結清本次的費用。
