在送洗的時候都會把洗前的狀況跟可能洗後的狀況解釋的很清楚，讓客人清楚知道自己的物品狀況。
收下後真的很用心在服務客人的物品，都當作自己的東西在清洗，所以成效真的很棒。
另外大推「除霉」服務，因為我住在林口非常潮濕的山區，所以真的放一陣子的物品會發霉嚴重，不過讓羚秝專業的清洗+做防霉，就算丟在邊邊不收，也幾乎不太會再發霉了耶，這個真的大推大推????
照片是今天才剛送洗回來的，真的處理的超棒，還特別在鐵件處幫我防鏽，好開心，真的很感謝❤️❤️

老闆娘很親切也很仔細！鞋子送洗的時後事先把鞋子的一些小狀況告訴了我。
平常我就很怕鞋子髒，穿的很小心，但是外面灰塵多讓鞋子從原本的粉紅色變得很明顯是髒髒的粉紅+灰色，直到洗好了以後我很驚喜，粉紅色出現了！！
