★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 還不錯的胡椒餅，剛賣完再開鍋約等25分鐘，外皮酥脆不乾硬，內層柔軟麵香撲鼻。內餡肉塊多汁甘甜，帶些胡椒香氣，不過蔥感覺沒有醃過，略為嗆口。整體而言，台北車站的福州世祖胡椒餅略勝一籌，個頭較大，整體口味較佳，價位相同。

The stuffed meat is juicy and sweet, with some peppery aroma, but the onion feels unmarinated, and it is slightly choking. On the whole, the Fuzhou Shizu Pepper Cake at Taipei Main Station is slightly better, larger in size, better in overall taste, and at the same price.

非常好吃的胡椒餅???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受朋友推薦來吃，外皮非常酥，底部雖然偏厚但不會讓人覺得乾。
蔥非常多、肉餡略少但胡椒味很重，名副其實的「胡椒」餅，朋友以及評價都提到肉汁很多，但我這一份不知為何完全沒有肉汁，一滴都沒有，吃完以後袋子乾乾淨淨如附圖。
不難吃但應該不會回購了，除非剛好經過附近又很餓想吃點小東西墊胃。

Friends and reviews have mentioned that there is a lot of gravy, but I don't know why this one has no gravy at all, not a drop, and the bag is dry after eating. Clean as pictured.
It's not bad, but I probably won't repurchase it again, unless I'm just passing by and I'm very hungry and want to eat something to pamper my stomach.
