★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近左腿髖關節酸痛以至無法使力, 在傳統整復推拿當下有好；但隔天恢復原狀。想起多年前來這調整骨盆經驗, 師父說腿內側筋膜拉緊導致外側無法用力，按摩槍打打加上回家熱敷按摩, 現在已經好多了。謝謝?
PS. 請問現在都以按摩槍為主, 沒有整骨嗎？或是以患者的問題來看是以何者適用？
