如果商品比較多,導致一次沒辦法拿太多的話,可以分兩次拿取,我不是不能等,總好過把商品掉在地上,導致邊角受損還弄髒了來的好!

商品邊角確實受損弄髒,另有幾張名片正面部分也有磨損,謝謝你們提出重印商品來補救,但是補印的話時間上會來不及,所以已經婉拒了。
希望之後服務人員能多注意一下,東西多就分次拿取,客人們不是不能體諒,也不是不願意多等那30秒,希望服務人員們能避免欲速則不達的事情再次發生,謝謝。
