★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這手工麵線只有內行人懂門道！腰子處理沒騷味，熟度剛好. 只有林媽媽能讓我夏天去吃麻油雞，每樣食材都精心挑選，土雞腿肉超美味Q彈，生前做了充份運動，上等麻油與老薑比例得當，根本米其林等級，比虎林街麻油及阿圖麻油好吃，吃完滿口清香。現吃現煮，其它店家把麵線煮好等你上門的，千萬別去呀！因為麵線已死亡。

麵線鹹度非常高，蠻建議店家下鍋煮之前可以先洗過，而淋在麵線上的湯汁則是一鍋看似鍋底的麻油湯汁，整體表現僅有米酒味較讓人感到懷舊，麻油味表現相較之下就不如期待。
麻油總匯湯同樣有麻油味低於期待的感覺，料頭處理都很棒，腰子脆口、肉也不乾澀，不過吃完沒太多滿足感，價量之間可體會到台北物價。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家麵線好吃，還有叫其它食物，我看雞佛沒血管，感覺就是假的。饒河裡面也有賣比較便宜的，但我選這家Google map評價較高的、也比比較貴的，還是很失望！雞佛下次要吃還是寧夏那家比較推了。看我的照片在上網也可以查雞佛真假辨識，就會很明顯。也可以去看一下寧夏那家的Google map評論照片也有很明顯差異。
