餐點可以 但沒顧慮外帶人員的餐完整性 不只一次

服務態度很差，不會再去了

1.多元化的點餐服務，一樣有先來後到的到道理，而不是將現場顧客放在那邊等30分鐘，拼命做外送員的單子。
2.最後出餐的人員明顯量能不足，無法應付多方面的訂單（電話沒辦法接、外送單閒置、現場等待閒置），建議增加一人，分工合作做，可從飲料部或是工作內容較少的人抓來協助。
3.以上都是實戰經驗及過程，貴店還有很多地方需要修正，畢竟我也沒有收顧問費，因此只提點兩點最重要的，早餐店就是要快、準、衛生，請加油。
