杰	杰霖林 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 龍美園是位於三民路上的一家以川菜海鮮平價熱炒都有的老牌餐廳我記得以前不叫這個名字我們這次點了團圓海鮮火鍋清蒸七星鱸魚薑絲炒大腸鐵板牛排炒蟹肉紹興醉雞客家小炒清燉獅子頭三杯中卷紅豆煎餅口味都不錯薑絲炒大腸不會過酸有些餐廳做出來酸到嗆鼻吃起來比檸檬還酸小龍飲食就是這樣酸清燉獅子頭師傅沒換人以前是很好吃的換人以後粉放太多吃起來硬又有粉以前軟嫩入口即化那才是清燉獅子頭應該有的水準獅子頭要放蔥薑水酒蛋白粉一點點水要慢慢加不能一次全倒先打出漿來黏黏的再慢慢倒水做出來的獅子頭才會入口即化沒有腥味基本上都算不錯價格也不貴環境也很寬敞舒適我給四顆星 Longmeiyuan is an old-fashioned restaurant located on Sanmin Road. I don’t remember it being called this name before. We ordered the reunion seafood hot pot. Stir-fried Stewed Lion's Head Three-Cup Red Bean Pancakes The taste is good. The fried large intestine with shredded ginger will not be too sour. Some restaurants make it so sour. It tastes more sour than lemon. Xiaolong diet is just like this. It's hard and powdery. Before it was soft and tender, it melted in the mouth. That's what the stewed lion's head should be. The lion's head should be put in the onion, ginger, water, wine, and protein powder. A little water should be added slowly, not all at once. The lion's head made by pouring water will melt in the mouth. There is no fishy smell. Basically, the price is not expensive. The environment is very spacious and comfortable. I give four stars.

We came because they have both non-vegetarian and vegetarian menus, only to have the waitress tell us how inconvenient it is for them to cook vegetarian food. Got our order wrong twice, and made multiple excuses... at one point the waitress said that "the chef is stupid". When finally serving the vegetarian food (non-vegetarians were all but done eating), said they were "sorry", and that "they won't be serving vegetarian food at this restaurant going forward". The waitress just had to get the last word in, had a terrible attitude, which made our food taste bitter.
