多年來都很喜歡兄弟飯店的麵包,價格樸實料多味美,雖近來也有漲價,但麵包內餡仍很飽滿。裡面有位應該是主管的小姐(不是穿統一制服),印象多年前就在此工作,非常親切,對商品也很了解。建議購買時間:中午後其實架上麵包種類就很豐富,但要購買吐司類下午會比較多,部分吐司可能還有單片零售。 全麥芋頭,應該是目前最多人推薦的麵包。全麥麵包雖然稍乾但在可接受範圍,芋頭餡屬於不甜,而且沒有加太多有的沒的。 南瓜哈斯,麵包表面可能抹了蛋黃,稍微有點油但不會膩口。裡面滿滿的南瓜餡,而且也沒加什麼有的沒的,很純的南瓜餡,喜歡南瓜的絕對推薦。 千層巧克力乳酪,拿起來很輕,但巧克力乳酪餡很多,上層的麵包有點酥。喜歡巧克力的人可以嘗試。 蜜糖夾心,應該算法式吐司夾藍莓醬跟奶酥,個人覺得這款還好,不過印象以前是正方形比較小,這次漲價完還變大。 洛克,跟南瓜哈斯應該都是同款麵包體,紅豆餡很多,拿起來很重,很樸實的美味。 咖哩雞,這款印象牌子有寫還含豬肉?肉吃起來都瘦肉,口味上沒什麼特別,但有塊雞胸比較大!倒是蠻喜歡麵包體,表面有點酥,但不像起酥麵包那樣幾乎都是酥皮,屬於外酥內軟、兩種口感兼具。若能用這款麵包體再作其他口味的麵包會想嘗試。 布朗尼麵包,印象也是多年的常青款甜麵包。以為巧克力醬是灌在裡面,結果是麵包剖半放很多巧克力醬!注意,吃這款時會很狼狽,因為巧克力醬真的放超多!醬屬於濃有點甜,喜歡巧克力醬的人應該會很愛。 目前來看,個人覺得鹹麵包還好,冷藏櫃是有很多三明治,但幾乎都有小黃瓜。芋頭跟巧克力偏多,奶酥類比較少(目前印象有的:奶酥麵包、起酥奶酥及蜜糖夾心,三款有含奶酥)。以前有款椰奶菠蘿蠻喜歡,但貌似已下架。也曾出過金沙菠蘿,但最近兩三次在午後去都沒看到,可能也撤掉了。

目前為止最喜歡的品項還是長棍法國麵包(巴黎香)和明太子法國,剛烤完的長棍會唱歌,非常喜歡。最近一次去發現他們也出了肉桂捲!價位不貴,而且看起來是偏乾式的肉桂捲,馬上帶一個回家。麵包體滿軟的,但同時保有彈性和水分;切開來才發現有不少葡萄乾和核桃,小驚喜;肉桂味不重,還好甜味也剛剛好,不會太甜膩,感覺是肉桂粉混合糖粉一起捲進麵糰裡,表面沒有再塗上黏膩的糖漿♡;雖然不是我最喜歡的肉桂捲型態,但底部和部分邊緣脆脆的地方很討喜,有點像羅宋麵包充滿奶油香氣的味道。以這樣的價格,當作一個肉桂風味甜麵包,搭配自備肉桂粉來吃還不錯。
