評語：明末清初時，先民蘇錐先生在墾植竹林時，發現以3塊石板架成簡陋的古老小廟之石碑（即今廟之主神～福德正神）；蘇氏虔誠維修，慢慢的香火日盛，後來道路拓寬，三遷四移，終於在民國74年重修整建於此。由於位在霞海城隍廟對面，似乎光彩都被奪走。
