以正常流程來說
開自費藥物時是否該先與客人告知
詢問客人是否能接受？
我覺得這也是基本的尊重..
或是一開始掛號前就先與客人告知....
不應該到繳費時才告知被收了自費的金額...
請問這樣的流程是正常的嗎？
試問若當下現金帶不夠，請問該怎麼辦？
而且為什麼藥費是另外算且自費且一天五十元...
不是到了在包藥...結帳才說...
