★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner didn’t really want to communicate with customers about the changes of terms and condition of the plan they purchased, and in addition, they later requested all customers to register classes on 17 fit app however we can’t even register classes on this app even though we pay already, because we didn’t bundle our credits card information with our account. Good quality of trainers but really lousy and irresponsible management team.
