此店為於新光大樓社區一樓中庭廣場後方出口處。
會知道荷湘素食則因台裔法籍的她是素蔬食者。
大約2年前她的朋友跟她提及在民生社區圓環週邊有這麼一家很特別的素食館。
且我亦是民生社區的人，所以我安排一天找她一起來荷湘素食用膳，餐畢再到附近找家咖啡館喝下午茶。
風格氛圍：
有些許禪風的氛圍很安靜，餐桌擺設整齊，店內很乾淨。

This shop is at the exit behind the Atrium Plaza on the first floor of the Shin Kong Building Community.
You will know that Hexiang Vegetarian is a vegetarian because of Taiwanese French origin.
About 2 years ago, her friend mentioned to her that there is such a very special vegetarian restaurant around Minsheng Community Circle.
And I am also a member of the Minsheng community, so I arranged to come to Hexiang for a vegetarian meal with her one day, and then go to a nearby cafe for afternoon tea after the meal.
Style atmosphere:
The atmosphere with a little Zen style is very quiet, the dining table is neatly arranged, and the shop is very clean.

There are many types of meals. I ordered turmeric rice (with soup). The dishes and soup are cooked by the proprietress herself. The proprietress’s kind craftsmanship is also good. There are also bottled bitter tea oil and canned plums on site. There are vegetarian friends. You can try and see ?

P.S. 老闆娘人非常好，而且每天來吃飯都會認識其他客人，大家輕鬆愉快地聊天、進餐，不亦樂乎～
There are many vegetarian restaurants in Taipei. This is the treasure I have found. It is mainly used for health care and all kinds of organic vegetables grown on my own farm. It does not contain any pesticides and insecticides, all natural ingredients. Customers with heavy tastes can talk directly to the proprietress, she can help you to special seasoning. Super referral! ! !
P.S. The boss is very good, and every day I come to eat, I will meet other guests. Everyone can chat and eat easily and happily~
