★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前一陣子岳父母家的房子被徵收，必須搬離住了超過五十年的老房子，正在找房子的時候，朋友介紹可以嘗試法拍看看，於是透過介紹來到這邊，店長很認真也很細心的解說，對於不懂的部份也很有耐心的重新解釋，最後委託成功代標了人生中第一間法拍，原本擔心的點交方面，店長的團隊也很快的就完成溝通，完成點交，對於第一次買法拍屋，這樣的感覺讓我感到很安全也很溫馨，很感謝他們，現在住在新屋這邊已經一個多月，岳父岳母雖然仍舊不捨老房子，但是也很習慣這邊的生活了。誠心推薦
